Because our products are custom-made and printed specifically for each order, refunds or replacements are generally not available for customer ordering errors, including incorrect size, color, product, round number, customization details, shipping information, or similar mistakes made during checkout.
Once production begins, custom-made items cannot be resold or restocked.

We understand that mistakes can happen.
In certain circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may offer up to a 30% discount on a replacement order if a customer accidentally orders the wrong size, color, product, or round number.
This discount is offered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we can arrange a reshipment after the package is received back at our facility.
The replacement shipment will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned package.
